Custom Ordering Process

Most orders need at least two weeks notice, but depending on availability I may be able to accommodate an order on shorter notice. Please check my availability calendar to check if your date is still open. Please note that I do not do pick ups on Mondays or Tuesdays so those will automatically not be available below.
Once you have an idea of details and a date determined, please fill out the form below in it's entirety Please make sure to include all details of your order in the form below including, quantity, pick up date, colors, pricing tier you would prefer, type of event and any specific ideas or themes you may have to ensure I can get you an accurate estimate. |
Please allow me 2-3 business days to reply to your request as I may be busy working on existing orders, classes or holiday pop ups. Keep in mind that I typically reply on Monday and Thursday afternoons. All orders do require payment in full to be made to reserve your order. After submitting your order inquiry, if I have the date available, I will send you an estimate. You can either accept the estimate or we can make any necessary changes needed before accepting. Once all order details are confirmed and the estimate is accepted, I will then turn it into an invoice for you to be paid. |
Payment on that invoice must be made in full within 48 hours of receiving in order to secure your date on my calendar. I will send out one reminder for payment and if payment is not made in full within 72 hours, I will open that date back up to other customers. This is to help ensure that all customers get a chance to book their order in a timely manner as dates do book up quickly.
Please note, I do not get offended if you change your mind or my pricing is not within your budget. If something changes between when you submit your request and when I send over the estimate, please let me know as soon as possible so I can close out your estimate and chat with the next customer in line for that date. |
*Please note, I do not create cookie designs that are trademarked. This unfortunately includes anything of likeness to a trademark as well as exact characters and logos. Even something as simple as the outline of Mickey Mouse's head is unfortunately trademarked and cannot be resold without approval from the company with the trademark or a purchased license agreement.
